Naturalwatt MicrogridTM For Schools

How it works
Electrical Energy is delivered by sun and wind through solar panels (Photo Voltaic or PV) and Wind Turbines, and schools are now fitting these technologies under grant programs such as the Low Carbon Buildings Program where 50% of project costs can be claimed back from the Government.
Naturalwatt with The Low Carbon Partnership can provide the money under this program for your own school energy projects and free surveys are available in our local area (Somerset Dorset Devon). These systems feed the energy back into the school’s own grid where it is available for the school to use, or for export sale.
We go a lot further with our Naturalwatt Microgrid® Controller attached to the system inverters. This provides a hands on power management web monitor and display. This is combined with live Weather information from an optional Davis Weather Station. The controller monitors the system’s energy generation 24/7 and shows the energy generated by the system, in combination with weather affecting factors. The information can then be put to Educational use.
The Internet & Weather Dashboard
Available anywhere you can connect to the web, this shows energy generated CO2 saved and the relevant weather data together. Also it allows you to view dynamic graphs of all these figures.
We can even display in an iFrame on your School Website. Also we have no issues with passing our data via the school internet firewalls and other known IT problem areas.
