Intro to the MicroGrid Minimize

The Naturalwatt MicroGrid® is a modular domestic and commercial scale energy supply and management system. It consists of a number of ‘best of breed’ components specifi ed and assembled according to your exact requirements. At the heart of each system is the MicroGrid® Controller and storage array. The controller monitors the system’s energy generation and puts it to best use; powering your home or premises, and if you’re not using it, storing the energy in the power array for when you need it. The energy generated across a number of sites such as a community or group of linked sites can be accumulated and displayed as one for informational purposes. It can claim ROCS centrally. If there is an energy shortfall we can take energy from the grid on economy 7 tariff and if excess is generated by the system it can optionally be fed back to the grid

High grade energy can be generated by photovoltaic (PV) solar roof panels, wind turbines and micro water turbines. Depending on your requirements and local planning laws, we’ll be able to recommend a system that best meets your needs.controller small.jpg

The Naturalwatt MicroGrid® has a Custom Controller System that allows you to monitor your system’s performance online; all system parameters are recorded and displayed on the Dashboard dynamically. Remote connectivity to our central control system allows us to monitor your system and fine-tune it for peak performance. You’ll have unrivalled control over your clean energy production

Solar panels - Solar panels come in two flavours – photovoltaic (PV) and solarthermal

(ST). ST solar panels generate heat, useful for heating your home or hot water. PV solar panels are more versatile, they generate electricity that can be used for anything, from lighting to running your TV.
