The worrying thing is that electricity and other energy prices are rising rapidly. Compound rates of growth have been around 21.5% for the last three years!
The projection below assumes a rate of growth well BELOW what has been seen in the last three years.
Government Grants
Are now available through the ‘low carbon buildings’ program. You need to ensure your house employs the best it can in loft or cavity wall insulation plus low watt bulbs, condensing boiler etc.. already.

We will do everything we can to assist with grant applications. The new system is not yet in operation as of the date of this brochure but will supposedly be up and running by the end of April 2006. It replaces the clear skies grants.
